Jenn Briones, MSW

A Phoenix native, Jenn Briones graduated from Northern Arizona University, first with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology and later with a Master’s in Social Work. If you want to profile her: she is an ISFJ-A (Myers Briggs) & Scholar (Predictive Index).

Jenn is passionate about helping other who cannot help themselves. Her love language is Acts of Service and as the Business Operations Manager for evolvedMD, Ms. Briones’ areas of expertise include, technical and human resource support, recruitment and onboarding, and day-to-day business operations. Jenn works tirelessly to ensure administrative staff and clinicians have access to the tools necessary to provide a level of service that exceeds the expectations of all patients.

Prior to evolvedMD, as the owner of a successful childcare center, Jenn focused on providing families with affordable all day preschool and kindergarten readiness programs, resulting in many children entering kindergarten with a first grade+ comprehension level. She believed all children deserved access to a quality early education.

Jenn has worked with local real estate professionals to help low-income families gain the necessary skills to prepare for home ownership. Jenn assisted clients with establishing positive credit references, developing resumes, and learning new skills that led to higher paying jobs. She supported clients in navigating the mortgage loan pre-qualification process leading many families to achieve their dream of home ownership. 

Jenn's work with the SMI (severely mentally ill) adult population, ignited her passion in advocating for people with mental illness and ultimately led her to her current role with evolvedMD. With the current mental health system focused on patients to the point of extreme burnout among staff, Jenn wanted to work with an organization that not only worked to better the lives of those individuals experiencing mental health crisis, but was also willing to support their employees. evolvedMD was that organization and is where she is proud to call home today!

Where does she shine? Jenn’s compassion and ability to relate to others, maintain professional boundaries, and help those who cannot help themselves, sets her apart from your traditional “do-gooder”. She takes great pride in her ability to meet people where they are and support them in becoming the best version of themselves.  Jenn’s talent for organization is unsurpassed and this highly enhanced skill allows her to engage in and successfully complete multiple highly impactful projects at once. Jenn’s patience and respect for those she supports has positively impacted those around her and have left lasting impressions on those who needed her most.

When not working on one of her many "pet-projects", Jenn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going for walks with her dogs, and relaxing at home.
